Are you an experienced Engineering teacher looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our college in Lewisham, delivering high-quality BTEC and T-Level Engineering courses. This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of aspiring engineers by delivering engaging lessons in mechanics, electronics, design production, and Health & Safety.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the BTEC and T-Level Engineering curriculum.
  • Teach key topics including mechanics, electronics, design production, and Health & Safety.
  • Assess and mark student's work, providing constructive feedback.
  • Support students in developing technical skills and industry knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning.

Requirements:

  • QTS or QTLS is essential.
  • A qualification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience teaching Engineering at Level 3, preferably BTEC and/or T-Level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and ability to deliver practical and theoretical lessons.
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.
