As an English Academic Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students to improve their literacy and English skills. Working closely with teachers, you will provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them develop their reading, writing, and communication abilities. Your support will be vital in boosting their confidence and ensuring academic progress, particularly in preparation for their GCSE exams.
We are looking for graduates with a degree in English or a related field, who are passionate about helping students achieve their potential. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage students are essential for success in this role. While prior experience in a school setting is an advantage, it is not essential. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to make a difference in the lives of students.
