GSL Education is looking for a dedicated English Graduate Teaching Assistant (English Graduate TA) to join our team in Southwark. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to support the educational and personal development of students.
About the Role:
- Provide individual and group support to students as an English Graduate TA.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to foster an inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- A recent degree in English or a related field.
- Experience with special educational needs is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to inclusion.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
