A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bids Coordinator or Bids Manager to take part in the fulfilling procurement & creation of ground-breaking, functional, and beautiful work. The successful candidate will be joining a pioneering practice with sustainability as one of its core values in a midsized, tight team.

Responsible for co-ordinating the practice’s bid process and associated tasks including tracking potential work. You will play a crucial role in the procurement of projects with excellent potential in a vibrant and growing practice. You will have a keen skill for producing and curating compelling text with a diligent approach and team centred mindset.

To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate previous bid coordination experience, not necessarily in architecture.  But advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign) is key. A passion for Architecture and the Built Environment is essential, and a background in the industry is highly beneficial.

You will work closely with practice leaders, architects and the communications and marketing team.

Utilising your superb typography and artistic acumen to create eye-catching layouts;

Generating other marketing collateral, in-line with key objectives;

Managing project stories and updates on the intranet system;

Maintaining a library of PQQ information, staff CVs, project case studies and photographs, filed in accordance with practice policy;

Analysing bid metrics and improving working strategies for future submissions;

Uploading regional content to the asset management system;

Compiling Marketing and Business Development activity reports;

With exceptionally high standards of copywriting, proofreading and organisation, you will become an instrumental part of a design-led team and make an impactful contribution to the company’s continual growth.
