Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant (CACHE Level 3)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role:
SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a diverse and welcoming primary school in Haringey for an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to work with pre-school and Reception pupils. The ideal candidate will hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification and have a passion for nurturing early childhood development in a vibrant and inclusive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality EYFS provision
- Assist in planning and leading small group activities and 1:1 interventions
- Foster a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children
- Encourage children's personal, social, and emotional development
- Help assess pupil progress and provide feedback to the teacher
- Support children with their early literacy, numeracy, and phonics skills
- Ensure the health and safety of children at all times
Requirements:
- CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years
- Experience working with children in an EYFS setting, ideally within a school
- A passion for supporting the development of young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and a team player
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies
