Reeson Education are looking to appoint a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in Dalston Kingston.
Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant
Location: Dalston Kingston
Pay: 85 - 100 per day
Start date: January 2025
End date: at least July 2025

About the role:
- Work as an EYFS Teaching Assistant providing 1:1 support for two autistic pupils, one of whom is non-verbal.
- Develop personalised timetables and creative learning strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Build confidence, encourage social interaction, and create a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the SENCO to ensure pupils thrive in their early years.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 childcare qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings is highly advantageous.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children achieve their potential as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships.
