This role is perfect for graduates who want to make a real impact on students’ academic success. As an Academic Mentor, you’ll work closely with students, providing one-on-one support and academic coaching across a range of subjects. You will collaborate with teachers to help students boost their confidence, improve their academic performance, and build essential skills for their future learning. Whether you’re supporting students in mainstream classrooms or those with special educational needs (SEN), you’ll be instrumental in guiding them to reach their full potential.
We’re looking for high-achieving graduates with a degree in any subject related to education (such as Psychology, English, Maths, Science, History, or similar). If you have a passion for helping young people succeed, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire students, this role is ideal for you. Prior mentoring or teaching experience is a bonus, but not essential – we are looking for graduates with enthusiasm and a commitment to supporting students’ academic growth.
This full-time, long-term position offers a competitive daily rate of £95 - £105, along with ongoing professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
