I am working with an Ofsted Outstanding primary school in Newham, East London who are looking for a dedicated and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join the team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an aspiring teacher who is looking to gain invaluable school experience before applying for teacher training.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work alongside passionate teaching staff, providing essential support in the classroom.

Support pupils' learning, helping them to reach their full potential.

Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons, alongside experienced teachers.

Gain hands-on experience in managing classroom behaviour, assessing pupils' progress, and more.

Receive guidance and support from the dedicated Senior Leadership Team, helping you to develop your skills and experience.

The ideal candidate will:

Be a recent graduate with a passion for working with children.

Have some form of paid or voluntary experience in a school or educational setting.

Be eager to learn and grow within a supportive and dynamic team.
