Graduate Teaching Assistant - Trainee
An OFSTED 'Outstanding' Primary school nestled in the vibrant heart of Hammersmith & Fulham are looking for x3 graduates to join their training programme from September 2024 on a full time contract.
The school are looking to take on 3 Graduate Teaching Assistant - Trainees to first train you as a teaching assistant and then as a qualified teacher once you have gained the necessary classroom experience.
What will you do as a Graduate Teaching Assistant - Trainee?
- Work across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, supporting learning and development
- Delivering 1:1 and group interventions, with the aim to raise attainment
- Teaching phonics to groups of students, gaining teaching skills
- Working closely with your class teacher who will mentor your progress
- Support students with SEN, learning how to differentiate material to ensure lessons are accessible for students with additional needs
- Opportunity to join the school's bespoke salaried schools direct programme from September 2025
