A charming East London Secondary school, Hackney, are looking to appoint a Graduate who has an interest in teaching to work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from January 2025.

This would be the ideal role for a Graduate who is thinking about training to become a secondary school teacher in the future and is looking to spend the academic year growing and developing through working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

This Hackney secondary school is the ideal environment for Graduates who are keen to join a supportive and thriving primary school.

The successful Graduate will be assigned a class between year 7 and year 11 and will be supporting the class teacher and covering all areas of the secondary curriculum. You will be working with students of all abilities in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.

The school are eager to hear from Graduates who have gained some form of experience with young people. You may have gained this experience a number of ways such as youth work, sports coaching, tutoring..

This secondary school Teaching Assistant role is full time Monday - Friday in Hackney and will commence in January.
