Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher with students in Years 7 to 11.
- Work with pupils of varying abilities, both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis.
- Assist in delivering engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum.
- Help foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements
- A recent graduate with an interest in pursuing a career in secondary teaching.
- Previous experience working with young people, such as through youth work, tutoring, sports coaching, or other voluntary or paid roles.
- A passion for education and the ability to inspire and engage students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
