Salary: 80 - 100 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible
Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time only

About the Role of a Teaching Assistant:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Graduate Teaching Assistant to support our staff and students in achieving their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for those considering a career in teaching or educational psychology.
Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
- Working alongside class teachers to support lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Providing tailored support to individual students or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Encouraging student engagement and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Assisting with lesson planning and preparation of learning materials.
- Supporting students' social, emotional, and academic development.
About You:
- A graduate with a degree in any discipline (education, psychology, or related fields preferred).
- Passionate about education and helping children achieve their best.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Patient, understanding, and able to build positive relationships with students.
- Experience working with children (e.g., mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is advantageous but not essential.
