The Role:

  • Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant.
  • Salary: 80-100 per day, based on experience.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support children across KS1 and KS2, working closely with experienced teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide 1:1 or small-group interventions for pupils who require additional academic or behavioural support.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils needing additional learning support.
  • Assist with phonics, reading, numeracy, and language development.
  • Support pupils with SEN such as ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
  • Help teachers deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to pupils' needs.
  • Gain experience in classroom behaviour management and differentiation strategies.
