Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.

Provide targeted support to students, both one-on-one and in small groups, to enhance confidence and academic progress.

Prepare and organize learning materials to enrich the classroom experience.

Support classroom management and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Help students develop strong study skills, resilience, and a love for learning.

Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff to support lesson planning and interventions.

Essential Requirements:

A recent graduate with a strong academic background.
