Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant 
Location: Ealing, London 
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only 
Start Date: Immediate 
Pay Rate: £105 to £115 per day 
 
Role Overview: 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a thriving and supportive secondary school in Ealing. This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is passionate about education and eager to gain practical classroom experience. Working alongside experienced teachers, you will provide crucial support to students, helping them achieve their full potential.  
 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects. 
  • Provide targeted support to students, both one-on-one and in small groups, to enhance confidence and academic progress. 
  • Prepare and organize learning materials to enrich the classroom experience. 
  • Support classroom management and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Help students develop strong study skills, resilience, and a love for learning. 
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff to support lesson planning and interventions. 
  • Participate in school activities and extracurricular programs, contributing to the wider school community. 

 
Essential Requirements: 

  • recent graduate with a strong academic background. 
  • genuine interest in education and a desire to pursue a teaching career
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively
