As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, your responsilbities will include:
- Supporting students in a range of subjects, including Maths, English & Science, both in classroom and 1:1 environments
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparations, classroom management and resource development
- Providing one to one support for students with SEND or those needing extra help with their studies.
- Helping students boost their confidence in certain subjects.
- A 2:1 degree from a UK university
- A-Levels & GCSEs
- A passion for education and desire to work with children
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate children
- A positive attitudetowards learning
