As a graduate teaching assistant, you will be supporting students with moderate learning difficulties who are working to the national curriculum.

Graduate Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Providing academic support, either one-on-one or in a small group.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture and providing emotional support when needed.
- Implementing behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
- Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage focus and self-control.
- Assisting with lesson planning and delivery.
- Being aware of safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
Graduate Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- The right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to be subject to a child and adult DBS check.
- Experience working as a teaching assistant.
- A patient and calm attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
