Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a new, exciting experience in a lovely primary school?

We are currently working alongside a primary school based in Lambeth and we are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working primary HLTA to support a classroom environment and work closely with children with SEN. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students with Special Educational Needs, while also providing essential support to teachers.

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:

• Help maintain a well-organised learning environment for children in primary education.
• Lead the classroom, adapting and delivering engaging lessons in the absence of a class teacher.
• Encouraging student interaction with the curriculum.
• Providing support in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.

About you:

• Relevant Teaching Qualifications (Level 3, Level 4, TA, HLTA etc)
• Previous experience working in a primary school and supporting children with SEN.
• Have a genuine interest in Primary education.
• Excellent communicator.
