We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support the introduction of a new parallel curriculum tailored for students with SEND. - Deliver high-quality support and interventions aligned with the parallel curriculum for SEND students.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to adapt resources and activities for learners with diverse needs.
- Provide small group or 1:1 teaching to reinforce understanding and engagement.
- Support the implementation of inclusive practices across the school.
- Contribute to raising standards by inspiring students to achieve their potential.
