About the role

This is a full time role for a Teaching assistant to work across KS1 in a 2 form mainstream primary school.

As a Teaching assistant, your roles will include-

-Supporting class teachers where needed across Key stage 1

-Supporting pupils with SEN if needed

-Carrying out small group learning sessions both 1-2-1 and with small groups

-Assisting with preparation of the class for lessons, tidying and school trips

Requirements

To be considered for the role of KS1 Teaching Assistant you will:

  • Be able to work full time Monday-Friday 08:30 - 16:00
  • Have a DBS on the updated service

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Prior experience working with children. Higher end pay rate if have additional education qualifications
