We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Agency Lecturer in IT to join our team at the Greenwich Park Campus. This role involves delivering high-quality IT education, contributing to the successful learning experiences of our students, and actively participating in curriculum development.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver effective teaching across a range of IT courses, ensuring high levels of student retention and achievement.
  • Manage courses as required and lead a small course team.
  • Develop and maintain course materials, schemes of work, and lesson plans, making these available through the college’s shared information system.
  • Contribute to the personal development of students and engage in tutorial and personal development work.
  • Participate in curriculum development and make significant contributions to course coordination.
  • Teach on programmes in other college service delivery areas as may be reasonably required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in delivering IT courses.
  • High levels of organisation and commitment to learning and development.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.

Performance Evaluation:
  • Your performance will be evaluated based on indicators such as student feedback, success rate data, observation, inspection reports, attendance data, recruitment, and retention data.
