Responsibilities of a Maths Graduate TA:
- Support the delivery of engaging maths lessons as a Maths Graduate TA.
- Assist students in understanding complex mathematical concepts and solving problems.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with maths teachers to prepare lesson materials and resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements of a Maths Graduate TA:
- A recent degree in mathematics or a related field.
- Passion for maths and education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
