Are you a Software Developer, or recent graduate in relevant area, with an eagerness to use your skills and knowledge to educate the next generation of developers, where you will have the opportunity to take on excellent training and develop your skills in education, with clear pathways for progression to management?

Do you have a passion for sharing your expertise in software and development, and want to use that passion to help educate young people in the latest techniques, while also enjoying opportunities for hybrid working and a generous holiday allowance?

On offer is the opportunity for a graduate software developer to join an innovative, not-for-profit, independent training provider which as been offering creative education to students in London for the last 25 years. You will play a key role in helping students develop hard and soft skills, providing holistic, innovative approaches to software development to a cohort of students, aged 16-18 years old.

The ideal Software Development Tutor would be either a recent grad or someone looking for a local role where they can have a good work life balance and an impact on people's lives.

The Role:

* Use experience with software development (or similar) to educate 16-18 year old students in a creative, holistic environment
* Provide empathetic, high-quality programmes of study which allow students to develop soft skills alongside the hard skills required for the course
* Work alongside a small team of committed creative educators, where you will have the opportunity for excellent training and progression in the years to come
* If you are not already a qualified teacher, you may have the opportunity to undertake training for a Level 5 qualification through the Taking Teaching Further programme
