About the Role:

• Provide individual and group support to students as a Pastoral TA.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pastoral care plans.
• Support students' social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff to create a nurturing learning environment.
• Monitor and report on student progress and well-being.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure all interactions comply with the school's safeguarding and welfare policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pastoral TA or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of pastoral care and support strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
