- Working 1:1 and in small groups with SEN students
- Support academic progress and emotional development
- Assist with behaviour management in class and around the school
- Collaborate with the SEN team to implement personalised learning strategies
- 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Psychology from a leading UK university
- Previous experience working with SEN children, ideally with Autism
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in supporting students with SEN
- Strong understanding of child development and behaviour management
