- Location: Schools in Islington
- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Start Date: Immediate starts available
- Contract: Full-time positions, October 2024-July 2025
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs (SEN)
- Assisting with tailored learning plans and behavioural strategies
- Helping create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Working closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists to ensure each child reaches their full potential
- A degree in Psychology (2:1 or above preferred)
- A genuine passion for working with children with SEN
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is a bonus, but not essential
