Psychology Graduates Wanted for Primary School SEN Support Roles

Are you a recent Psychology graduate with a passion for supporting childrens learning and development? Were looking for dedicated, compassionate graduates to work in primary schools across the region, providing vital support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, youll work closely with class teachers and SEN coordinators to create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. Youll support children on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping with activities that foster social, emotional, and academic growth. This role will offer you valuable hands-on experience thats ideal if youre considering a future career in educational psychology, child psychology, or SEN teaching.

Psychology Graduate - Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing individual or group support for children with SEN
  • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
  • Helping children build confidence and improve social skills
  • Observing and tracking progress, reporting to SEN staff where needed
Psychology Graduate - What Were Looking For:
  • A Psychology degree (or related field) with a good understanding of SEN
