We have a large number of schools in Lambeth seeking confident, proactive graduates with a good understanding of child mental health to work as teaching assistants. You'll have the opportunity to:
Work closely with pupils aged 11-16 on a 1 to 1 basis
Support children with identified behaviour, SEMH, SEN, and ASD needs
Participate in specialist mentoring sessions and interventions
Gain training in effective behavioural interventions and approaches
Collaborate with the school's SENCO, senior management, and external agencies
Immediate cover work and long-term full-time roles starting ASAP for the next academic year.
