Salary: Up to 50,706 per annum + Zone 1 & 2 travel allowance (1,628) + Social Work England fee reimbursement

Role Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of looked-after children, ensuring their needs are met and they achieve positive outcomes.
Undertake statutory visits and complete assessments of children's well-being.
Develop and review care plans, ensuring children's voices are central to the planning process.
Work collaboratively with carers, schools, health professionals, and other agencies to support children.
Prepare high-quality reports for Looked After Children reviews and court proceedings.
Conduct life story work and ensure children have a clear understanding of their journey.
Advocate for children to ensure their needs are prioritised in care planning.
About You:
Qualified Social Worker with a degree, diploma, or equivalent in Social Work.
A minimum of 2 years of post-qualifying experience working with looked-after children.
Comprehensive understanding of the Children Act 1989, care planning regulations, and other relevant legislation.
Strong ability to build trusting relationships with children and young people.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Registered with Social Work England.
