- Your role as a Science Academic Mentor will be essential in shaping young minds and supporting students to reach their full potential.
- Deliver small group sessions for GCSE and A-Level students, tailoring support to individual needs.
- Work closely with students in class to help build their understanding and confidence in Science.
- Engage with experienced educators and develop your expertise through hands-on teaching experience.
- Work towards obtaining teacher training upon excelling in your role as a Science Academic Mentor.
- A 2:1 or above in a STEM degree from a Top 20 UK University.
- Genuine passion for teaching Science to secondary students, with a desire to progress in Education.
- Previous child-centred experience is preferred but not essential for this Science Academic Mentor role.
