GSL Education is looking for an enthusiastic Science Graduate Teaching Assistant (Science Graduate TA) to join our team in Lewisham. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a school setting while making a real difference in students' lives.

Responsibilities of a Science Graduate TA:

• Support the delivery of engaging science lessons as a Science Graduate TA.
• Assist students in understanding complex scientific concepts and completing practical experiments.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help.
• Help maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment.
• Collaborate with science teachers to prepare lesson materials and resources.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements of a Science Graduate TA:

• A recent degree in a science-related field.
• Passion for science and education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
