Science Home Tutor - Full-Time

Our client school in London borough of Redbridge are seeking a passionate and experienced Science Home Tutor to provide tailored, one-to-one support to a student based in Redbridge. This is a full-time role that requires an immediate start, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a learner's academic journey.

as a Sceicne home tutor your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality, personalised tuition in Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5).
  • Assessing the student's progress and adapting lessons to suit their individual needs and learning style.
  • Building confidence and fostering a love for learning in the subject.
  • Liaising with parents or guardians to provide updates on progress.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in teaching Science, with relevant qualifications (QTS preferred but not essential).
  • Experience working with students in a one-to-one setting, ideally in home tuition or a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to providing an engaging and supportive learning experience.
