Day-to-day of the role:- Plan and deliver engaging and informative lessons across science disciplines, with a particular focus on Physics.
- Utilize various teaching methods and technological tools to enhance learning experiences and meet diverse educational needs.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment, implementing effective classroom management strategies.
- Regularly assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and exams.
- Prepare students for standardized science tests and post-secondary entrance examinations.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff and communicate effectively with parents to support student learning and development.
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Specialization in Physics, with proficiency in teaching other science subjects such as Biology and Chemistry.
- Proven experience in teaching science at the secondary level.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
