Secondary Supply Teacher

Position:Full-time & Part-time, Contract

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Secondary Teacher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for students (Key Stage 3-5). You will play a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere that supports each students unique needs and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that align with the curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers on their development.
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to promote a strong sense of community.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective teaching strategies that meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) with a focus on Secondary education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
- A passion for fostering development and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment.
