SEMH Teaching Assistant | The Role:
•    September 2024 start | Long term contract until July 2025 - opportunity to extend into the next academic year
•    £96+ per day (incl. Holiday Pay) | PAYE on a weekly basis 
•    An inclusive school with a focus on child and staff wellbeing
•    Working in out and of the classroom | 1:1 & small group work supporting students with SEMH Needs
 
SEMH Teaching Assistant | Personal Specification:
•    At least a 2:1 Psychology-related Degree from a Russell Group University or one of the UK’s Top 20 Universities
•    Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH Needs (desirable but not essential)
•    Aspirations to pursue a career within the Education sector

If you are keen to gain experience working with SEMH Needs, this role will give you the opportunity to support students facing challenges both in and out of the classroom. Resilience is key as you will be supporting and guiding them, whilst trying to get to the root of their behaviours and emotions.
