  • Supervise pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
  • Provide 1:1 support – supporting behaviour and learning
  •  Use creative techniques and methods
  • Work alongside Teaches and the SENCo
  • Work with children in a calm and collected manner
  • Support staff and students by having a high profile within the school, engaging with and fostering strong relationships with pupils and staff alike.
