Salary: £100-£110 per day

The Role:

We are looking for passionate and experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team. The successful candidates will work closely with a small class of 8 students, supported by a team of 4 adults. Your role will be to assist in delivering tailored educational programs, ensuring each child receives the attention and support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individualized support to students with SEND.

- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff.

- Monitor and report on student progress.

- Support students in both academic and social development.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a primary SEND setting.

- Understanding of various SEND needs and appropriate intervention strategies.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEND.
