SEND Teaching Assistant
- Full-time role in a welcoming Primary School in Kensington & Chelsea
- Working closely with SEND pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Starting January 2025, with the potential to continue beyond the academic year
- Competitive weekly pay of £450-£500 (including holiday pay)
- Ideal for graduates considering a career in educational psychology or SEN teaching
- Supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, or SEMH needs.
- Collaborating with the SENCo and class teacher to implement tailored support plans.
- Promoting confidence, independence, and positive behaviour in pupils.
- Hold a degree in Psychology or a related field (2:1 or above preferred).
- Have a genuine passion for working with children with SEN.
- Be patient, empathetic, and resilient in supporting pupils' progress.
