SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Tower Hamlets
Contract: Long-Term
Salary: Starting from £90  per day (Daily rates are depending on candidates level of experience)
Start Date: immediate start

We're looking for a dedicated SEND LSA with experience working with students with SEMH, complex needs, and visual impairment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with SEMH, visual impairments, and complex needs.
  • Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans and interventions.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional support.
  • Collaborate with teachers and professionals to meet student needs.
  • Help students access the curriculum and use adaptive technology.

Requirements:

  • Experience in SEN schools or similar settings.
  • Understanding of SEMH, complex needs, and visual impairments.
  • Ability to support students on a one-to-one basis.
  • Patient, empathetic, and flexible approach.
  • [Desirable] Relevant SEND qualifications
