Senior Science Technician - Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operations of the science preparation rooms, ensuring all equipment, chemicals, and materials are available for practical lessons.
  • Provide technical support to science teachers, including setting up and clearing away equipment for practical experiments.
  • Ensure the safe storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals and equipment in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
  • Supervise and support junior science technicians, providing guidance and training where necessary.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a science technician in a school environment.
