Are you passionate about safeguarding children and families? We're looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our dynamic Safeguarding and Assessment team. You'll conduct detailed assessments, develop effective interventions, and work collaboratively to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive casework to support children and families.
  • Undertake detailed child and family assessments, including Section 47 enquiries.
  • Develop SMART plans for children in need, on child protection plans, or looked after.
  • Maintain high professional standards and engage in regular supervision for growth.

What You'll Need:

  • Recognised social work qualification and Social Work England (SWE) registration.
  • A minimum of 12 months' post-qualification experience, preferably in safeguarding and assessment.
  • Strong communication and caseload management skills.
  • Adaptability and teamwork in challenging situations.
