Responsibilities:
- Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
- Ensure a personalised approach to learning support, ensuring learner engagement
- Actively consider using a range of appropriate, respectful and age appropriate motivators
- Understand how autism can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
