Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different subjects and year groups.
- Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with school staff to support each school's learning objectives.
- Follow provided lesson plans and offer feedback to the permanent teaching staff.
- Quickly adapt to new environments and build positive relationships with students and staff.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Secondary teaching experience is beneficial but not essential newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Flexible, proactive, and passionate about education.
