Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to students across various year groups, in line with the school's curriculum.
  • Maintain consistency in teaching and learning during the absence of regular staff.
  • Implement lesson plans and adapt them to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Promote a positive and productive classroom environment through effective behavior management.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to the permanent teaching staff.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that allows all students to thrive.
  • Adhere to the school’s safeguarding and health and safety policies at all times.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Supply Teacher you will:

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Enhanced DBS check will be required (or willingness to undergo one)
