About the Role:

• Delivering high-quality lessons in the absence of regular teachers.
• Ensuring students are engaged, focused, and on task during lessons.
• Managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
• Adapting quickly to different subjects, year groups, and school settings.
• Following lesson plans provided by the school and providing additional support when required.

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
• Experience working in a classroom, ideally in a supply or cover role.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Adaptability to different teaching environments and year groups.
• A passion for education and helping students achieve their best.
