• Deliver engaging lessons as a Supply Teacher, following school guidelines.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused on their work.
• Follow the school's policies and procedures, ensuring consistency.
• Provide feedback to the school on lessons and pupil engagement.
• Adapt to different school environments and build rapport with students and staff.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must for this role
• Proven experience as a Supply Teacher or within a classroom setting
• Proven experience as a Supply Teacher or within a classroom setting
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to new environments.
• A passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum.
• Flexibility to work in different schools across Newham and Tower Hamlets.
