Are you passionate about education and eager to make a real difference in students' lives? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant (TA) to transition into a fully qualified Teacher through our Teaching Assistant to Teacher Pathway.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll gain hands-on experience in the classroom, supporting students, working closely with teachers, and developing a deeper understanding of effective teaching practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
  • Graduates with a backgroung in English, STEM or Humanities.
  • A commitment to pursuing a career in education and a desire to progress to QTS.
