Tradewind are delighted to support an 11-18 mixed academy and Sixth Form, which are currently seeking a Science teacher to join their talented team from after February Half-Term. This school, praised for the exemplary behaviour of students, are proud of the tight-knit, community atmosphere created at the school, whilst also being the highest achieving school in the borough.

The role:

• Teaching Core and Triple Science at GCSE. Yr 12 Biology also desirable. Edexcel syllabus.
• This is an Ofsted rated 'Good' School - praised for strong leadership and excellent staff support. Sixth form provision is 'Outstanding'
• Working with students who display exemplary behaviour, and a determination to learn and improve.
• Feb - July.
• A modern setting with a well-resourced Science Department.

• 14 Science Teachers, 3 Technicians
• Planning and Marking responsibilities

Requirements for the Role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / International Equivalent Qualifications (Essential)
• Enhanced DBS
