A creative, holistic SEN Primary School in Greenwich is looking for a confident, ambitious Teaching Assistant - Base for Autism to provide support for pupils with various Special Educational Needs and with a specific focus on ASD. This role will begin in January 2025.
You will be working alongside a motivated team of specialist teachers, various therapists and inclusion staff as a Teaching Assistant - Base for Autism, helping manage the classroom environment, creating exciting activities and deliver tailored programmes to pupils using the extensive equipment at the school. The school have an Alternative Provision in the school which is a safe, interactive and adapted space for the pupils to flourish.
The ideal candidate for this Teaching Assistant - Base for Autism role would be a graduate searching for the perfect role to start their career in education, or an individual passionate about SEN who is looking to work alongside the best specialist staff and equipment such as Speech and Language Therapists, Hydro therapists, Psychologists and more!

About the Teaching Assistant - Base for Autism Role
- Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with SEN requirements.
- Use your creativity and imagination to excite the pupils.
- High quality and bespoke CPD will be provided.
- Strong inclusion team to support you.

- Previous experience working with children.
