Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant at the school, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
  • Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or English as an Additional Language (EAL)
  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management strategies

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
  • A willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development
