Role Overview:
As a Level 3 CACHE Qualified Practitioner, you will:
- Support Learning and Development: Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote the social, emotional, and educational development of young children.
- Foster a Positive Environment: Create a welcoming and stimulating atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with other practitioners and educators to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to each child's development.
- Monitor Progress: Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their milestones.
- Engage with Parents: Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and adapt the curriculum to meet individual children's needs and interests.
- Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their well-being and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Contribute to planning and evaluating activities and experiences.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development.
- 8am-4pm Term time only

Requirements:
- Level 3 CACHE qualification in Childcare and Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with young children in a prep school or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early years education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for providing high-quality care and education.
